The 2024 Benefits Open Enrollment will take place in the system through the Employee Self-Service portal at https://ess.luc.edu/.
This is your annual opportunity to review and make changes to your benefits for you and your family for January 1. Note: Even if
making no benefit changes for 2024, you must complete Open Enrollment to avoid the Tobacco and Spousal/LDA Surcharge Premiums.
You must also re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) each year
