The third of four sessions will help participants understand the psychology of talking about differences, why it's so hard to engage in, and that working towards DEIB is an ongoing journey. Please note, participants are highly encouraged to register for all four sessions as the content in DEIB 301 builds upon DEIB 101 and DEIB 201.
