Historians in The Social Network: How to Actually Use Social Media to Meet People w/ Dr. Nathan Ellstrand and Career Advisor Ashley Meczywor (In-Person): Despite the dubious nature of some social media platforms, they remain necessary tools for building a career as a Historian. Loyola History PhD alum Nathan Ellstrand will share his experience building a professional network through social media, and Career Advisor Ashley Meczywor will give some tips and tricks specific to using LinkedIn.
