Representing Students in Bullying Cases: A Primer for Attorneys

This Continuing Legal Education Program will provide attorneys with an understanding of the legal issues involved with school-based bullying. Attendees will be provided information regarding how to advocate on behalf of families and students who are targets of bullying and discuss the various avenues to address this serious problem that impacts a significant percentage of students, many of whom go unrepresented. Technical assistance will be available to attorneys who represent students involved in bullying following the presentation.

This program is approved by the MCLE Board for 2.75 hours of general Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for attorneys.
