Partners in Mission is an employee orientation seminar to introduce you to the distinctive mission of the University as Jesuit and Catholic. The mission of Loyola is characterized by intellectual rigor, care for the whole person, a concern for the promotion of justice, and commitment to a dialogue between faith and reason. As is always the case, the mission of an institution lives in the people who give their time and talent to it, enlivening that mission through their commitment and work regardless of division, department, or title. Partners in Mission serves as a venue to consider your own work and its contribution to the mission of the University. The morning program, beginning with a hot breakfast buffet, offers an opportunity to consider this question in a direct way through presentation and conversation.
