  Human Resources invites LUC Faculty and Staff to sign-up to attend the Creative Solutions to Conflict Management session, which will be facilitated by Perspectives. Learning objectives include:
  1) Discovering how to manage interpersonal conflict at work and in other relationships.
  2) Balancing the intellectual and emotional components of conflict.
  3) Learning how to increase positive messaging through nonverbal and verbal skills.
