The issues of racial justice in consumer law have always been an important point of conversation in this area of law. This issue has received increased attention over the last few years. This symposium will consist of three panels that will discuss underlying issues in this area with Q&A sessions after each panel.
The first panel which will take place on March 4th at 4 pm will be titled *Antiracist Policy in Consumer Law* with a discussion of bridging the gap between businesses and consumers. We will have Professor Deseriee Kennedy of Touro Law as our principal speaker, Odette Williamson from the National Consumer Law Center, and Andrea Freeman from the University of Hawaii Richardson School of Law as commentators.
