  Talk by Dr. Kimberly Kay Hoang, Associate Professor and Director of Global Studies at the University of Chicago. She will discuss her new book, Spiderweb Capitalism: How Global Elites Exploit Frontier Markets, which provides a behind-the-scenes look at how wealthy elites use offshore shell corporations to conceal and promote their wealth.
