Title: The Conley decomposition of a dynamical system, part II
Abstract: The seminal result of Conley from 40+ years ago, stated originally for differential equations and extended since to many other kinds of dynamics, says that the dynamics decomposes into the gradient-like part and the chain-recurrent part. Part I outlined what all this means. Part II will present some technical details pertaining to attractors, Lyapunov functions, omega limits, etc., which are the key ingredients in the ``usual'' proof of Conley's result.
