    Presenters:
Kathleen Dickhut, Deputy Commissioner, City of Chicago, Department of Planning and Development
Jon Schmidt, Assistant Clinical Faculty, School of Education, LUC

We Will Chicago is a city planning initiative led by Chicago's Department of Planning and Development. We Will is the first comprehensive, city-wide plan since 1966. The plan (https://wewillchicago.com/) is organized around eight pillars, includes the input of thousands of Chicago residents and organizations, and will be presented to the City Council for adoption in 2023. Learn about the planning and proposed implementation process of this ambitious city plan.

CURL Friday Morning Seminars are held regularly on Friday mornings during the academic semester from 10:30am until 12:00pm. Loyola faculty, students, staff, community members, and guests are welcome. These seminars are a time for CURL graduates, undergraduates, staff, and community members to discuss their thoughts and experiences with community-based initiatives and/or relevant research.
