Supervisor basics is a workshop aimed at providing managers with the resources needed to navigate human resources processes, procedures, and policies. This foundation will be helpful for new managers, or a refresher for existing managers. Topics will include: recruitment, on-boarding new employees, setting expectations, respectful workplace, time off, managing performance, disciplinary concerns, and rewards and recognition. This foundation will assist you in managing and motivating your team.
EMERGE is a series of training programs and resources to enhance personal and professional development for all faculty and staff members.
