This 90-minute online course is designed to provide an overview of an Agile approach to project management. Participants will learn the fundamentals of Agile and how its core values can be used to benefit a variety of project applications.
Outcomes: At the end of the course, participants will have a better understanding of Agile methodologies and approaches to project management and will be equipped with some introductory tools and techniques to help them approach and coordinate projects effectively.
