This workshop is geared towards student employee supervisors that are interested in learning strategies to effectively manage and support students during the hiring and on-boarding process. This workshop will discuss how to incorporate NACE competencies, utilize Handshake, write effective job descriptions, and on-board new student employees who are ready to engage and maximize their student employment experience.
Goal - By the end of the session, each participant should be equipped with the knowledge and tools to incorporate best practices and technology in their student employment hiring process.
