Most of us can't make our day-to-day stress suddenly disappear but we can reset our capacity to be affected by stress. We all have to find the right amount of stress that permits us to be healthy and function in our daily lives. This talk will discuss both short-term quick fixes to help you regroup and gain control of immediate stressful situations, as well as longer term strategies for stress management.
